Crystal Beach, Destin, Fl Four bedroom and Four bath sleeping 15, community pool and steps to the beach access located in The Shores of Crystal Beach. The house features an upscale living room, a newly remodeled kitchen offering granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors and tile throughout.The kitchen area and cabinets were just remodeled in 2018 as well as the two bathrooms downstairs and the second floor queen bedroom.

Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, Island Time is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and the world class outlet shopping of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets. The wide porches that welcome you to this coastal cottage are the perfect place to catch a sunset while grilling the catch of the day, and the cool of the travertine tile floors revive tired feet after a day of play on the beach.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other so the entire family can enjoy being together while watching the big game on the flat screen tv. The dining room table seats eight with room for four more at the kitchen bar.

Two guest bedrooms are also located on the main floor: one bedroom features bunk beds with a twin sized bed on the top bunk and full sized bed on the bottom with full sized trundle as well underneath for extra sleeping room, while the other bedroom houses a queen sized bed. A queen sized sofa sleeper hides under the couch so extra guests have a place to stay if needed. When it is time to get away for some private time. The second floor provides a quiet escape with a master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub, as well as a spacious private balcony to sit and read.

In addition, the second bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed With Day Bed And Pull Out Trundle with ensuite bathroom as well. The third story is the perfect place to retreat and survey the neighborhood or curl up with a good book on the open air porch. Whether it’s relaxing together over a fish dinner caught that morning, or toasting a gorgeous sunset from the third story balcony, enjoy some Island Time and feel your cares slip away at the beach!

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. On street parking is prohibited by the HOA.

Seasonal Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included from March 1-October 31!! Tents and Canopies not allowed where beach service is setup
